I purchased many items. Why am I receiving multiple shipments?

We have different production facilities that help us offer the variety and quality of the items we thrive to design and manufacture. For that reason, you might be getting items in different shipments from our multiple production facilities.


Do you really offer unique designs?

Yes. We love to offer our clients uniqueness. We are very proud to say that we design all of our items in house. They are designed by our talented and passionate team of designers who have their eyes peeled to spot inspiring trends from around the world to bring them to our fabulous customers.


Why do Everyday Labels take longer to ship?

We print the Everyday Labels in a very big format machine that requires we reach a required amount of orders to print. But don’t worry, we are constantly trying to improve our turnaround time and having happy customers is a big priority for us. If possible, we will do everything possible to deliver them faster.


The name was spelled wrong on my item … what can I do?

We love to acknowledge our mistakes. If the error was made by us, we will fix it right away. We just ask that you submit a photo of the misspelled item via e-mail and we will compare it to the name field typed in the original order. If it doesn't match we will proceed to print another item. No questions asked. Just as simple as that. We love happy clients.

On the other hand, if the error is submitted accidentally by the client, we are unable to reprint the item unless we charge for it again.


I don’t like the item. Can I return it?

Due to the nature of our personalized business, we only accept returns on damaged items. 

If the item is damaged or broken we will replace it with a new one. We just ask that you submit a photo of the damaged item via e-mail. We will gladly replace it with a new one.


My item came broken or damaged. What do I do?

If the item arrived damaged or broken we will replace it with a new one. We just ask that you submit a photo of the damaged item via e-mail. We will gladly replace it with a new one.


I never received my items. 

If the delivery address was typed incorrectly in the order by the client and the package is lost, we will gladly intervene to help relocate it. If impossible to find, we will ask the customer to place a new order with a correct shipping address if they want to replace the lost items.



The Everyday Labels stickers did not work in my clothes. What do I do?

We strongly suggest reviewing the instructions that come with the Everyday Labels. Labels mustn’t be placed directly on fabric, because they will fall off. Labels work if pressure is applied to an unwrinkled,dry garment care tag.


How do I purchase from a Fundraiser?

Shop normally as you would do on any site. During check-out, you will be able to select the school/cause you are supporting from the fundraising drop down menu.

I am interested in Fundraising with Label Circus. How many items do you carry?

We carry over 1500 different items that range between personalized stationery all the way to gift items.
