How to Do a Vision Board Journal

Personalized Vision Board JournalsIt's the beginning of the year, and as always we have new year's resolutions. After a tough 2020 , value other things that we didn't  pay much attention to before and we care about others that were not so relevant in our lives but now.

When we think of New Year we think of it of a clean slate, a fresh start to begin with new projects,  adopt a new state of mind and even a new lifestyle. Specially for 2021 and after experiencing all the hard issues 2020 brought, people are more energy focused and care for things that are less material.  For that reason our team in Label Circus has worked hard on creating a personalized Vision Board Journal.

Let's start with defining what a vision board is?

A vision board is a collage of images and words representing a person's wishes or goals, intended to serve as inspiration or motivation.

But why do people create vision boards?

The idea of creating a vision board is the belief that anything you put into paper will be more clearly visualized, therefore achieved. Focusing on what you love and want will set the tone for those things to happen.

For that reason we are thrilled to have created a  product that will help you achieve your dreams and lifetime goals: a Vision Board Journal. Plus, we make it personalized so the universe knows those are YOURS only!

Our Vision Board Journal comes with a pack of 12 easy to fill stickers so you write your goals , dreams and ideas and decorate your journal as you wish. How cool!

The Vision Board Journal has blank pages so you can glue images of your favorite places, people, dream trips and favorite things. You can also cut out or write your favorite motivational words that will encourage and bring motivation. Decorate it with washi tape, stickers and colored markers typography.

Doing a vision board is easy. All you have to do is set up in a quiet place,  gather scissors , glue sticks, magazines that you are willing to tear and cut up, washi tapes, markers, stickers and as many materials as you like.

You can start with your goals for the year, write them down and make them as clear as possible.

After that, start gluing up the cutouts of the places you want to go, goals you want to achieve , etc.

Example: If your goals are traveling, self care, and getting more fit, then you should make a cover for each of these goals.

For traveling, look up for images of the places you would love going: perhaps  a beach in the Caribbean, or skiing in Colorado. Glue them up, and don't forget to include pictures of an airplane, a suitcase, or the drink you would love to have on that island of the Caribbean. Be specific. Also include pictures of the hotel you would love going. Write side notes of the activities you would do. Find images of the people you would like to go with. You will feel excited as you do it and that's the feeling we are looking to have.

Do this with every goal that you have and don't forget to add more pictures and side notes of optimism as the year advances. You need to see it everyday in order for it to materialize.

We wish you luck and hope you enjoy creating a vision board journal as much as we enjoyed creating it! If you wish to start creating one click here to get your own Vision Board Journal!
