What do Moms Really want for Mother’s Day?

A Mom’s job is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even when her children aren’t with her, she’s thinking about them and working to meet their every need and desire. This Mother’s Day, May 14th, show her that you appreciate all the love she pours out every day.  Plan ahead and give her a gift she’ll love throughout the whole year.

Here’s a list to get you started:

  • A day that is set aside to celebrate Motherhood. That may be a quiet day at home with breakfast and bed and her favorite book, or a special outing together. What you do together isn’t what matters, it’s the thought of her that counts.

  • Plans to make memories together. Kids grow up so quickly, so make all the memories you can. Plan a summer trip that she will enjoy taking her kids on. Wrap these luggage tags and this journal in a beautiful box with a note that tells her all about the trip you’ll take, together.

  • Beautiful things that she will love to use throughout the year. Moms don’t mind sharing their favorite chocolate or the remote control, but every so often, they enjoy having something that’s only theirs. Personalized stationery with her name would mean these are still there when she want to write a note.

And last, all the hugs, homemade cards, and sweet smiles you have to give. You can tell a Mom you love her in a hundred ways, but hearing you say it is always her favorite.
